Pharrell Williams is a fashionista, singer, composer, producer, and overall outstanding artist, without whom the picture of pop music of the last two decades would be incomplete.

Pharrell is good both as a solo artist and as a member of numerous creative collaborations. Let’s start with the solo stuff, though. Surprisingly enough, Pharrell has only two albums of his own: the first was released in the middle of the noughties, the second, the bestseller G I R L, was released in 2013. Both records, though solo, are full of duets with colleagues. However, the most successful of those on the debut album, the song Angel, was made by Pharrell without any help.

MARILYN MONROE/BRAND NEW/HAPPY
With the second album everything is obvious, there is Happy, it is enough. In fact, the record is literally packed with hits, and besides the accompanying great Marilyn Monroe video, Brand New, sung by Pharrell together with longtime bandmate Justin Timberlake, is worthy of attention.

BOYS .
Let’s move on to Jubilee’s collaborations. Boys is one of Pharrell’s standout collaborations with Britney Spears of her, so to speak, golden age. To be precise, not just Pharrell, but his duet partner in The Neptunes, Chad Hugo. Not without Williams himself in the track and video, of course.

BEAUTIFUL .
Pharrell’s first collaboration with Snoop Dogg proved successful in every sense: the artists became friends and worked together in the future. The success of Snoop’s album Paid Tha Cost To Be Da Boss, which included this song, is not the least of the credit to Pharrell.

GIVE IT 2 ME.
Pharrell, who was very active in the first half of the noughties, got his hands on Madonna and produced Give It 2 Me for her. The song, not surprisingly unusual for Pharrell, was very successful for Madonna and got her, among other things, a nomination for “Grammy”.

GET LUCKY.
Perhaps Pharrell’s most successful collaborative project is with the Frenchmen Daft Punk. Pharrell wrote the song, he sings it himself, without any company, but it was produced by Daft Punk, and it was released on their album. Unbelievable sales of the single, two Grammys – and the status of the song of the summer of 2013. Remember.

BLURRED LINES.
On this machismo (or maybe sexist in these times) song, Pharrell makes a clean appearance as guest star and co-producer, but the picture of patsy fun would be incomplete without him.

SEÑORITA
Working with Justin Timberlake is a milestone for both. With Farrell (as part of The Neptunes), Justin began his solo career – The Neptunes produced a good half of his debut record Justified. The big hit was Señorita and Cry Me a River – the second song was done for Timberlake by Timbaland, with whom Justin eventually moved on. Timberlake created the next three albums with Timbaland, but he returned to work with Pharrell last year. Unfortunately, Man of the Woods, Justin’s newest album, was not very successful, but, as they say, there are spots in the sun.
